Choose for your content. Basic and Suggestion offer extra headroom, not mandatory upgrades.

Testing on a 1 GB Xiaomi TV and an Android TV box showed smooth light Slideshow and Prayer Schedule playback. Heavy WebGL backgrounds stuttered on both. Results depend on the content and device.
Player and engine requirements
Cloud / browser
Chrome / Edge 111+. Use an up-to-date browser; Windows and Linux launchers support automatic fullscreen startup.
Android / WebView-only
Android 9+ with the latest Layarva APK. WebView-only requires Chromium/WebView 112+.
Android Full / GeckoView
If system WebView cannot be updated, use the Full APK with bundled GeckoView. Check the selected engine in player diagnostics.
Keep playback smooth
WebGL: GPU matters
More RAM does not guarantee smooth animation. On older GPUs, use a static background or simpler effects. WebGL 2 is only needed by content that requires it.
Match the playlist to the device
Keep lightweight designs simple, allow space for media and keep power, ventilation and connectivity stable. Run Device Check and try your playlist before deployment.
